The Center objectives
To preserve and promote Palestinian Cultural Heritage such as Authentic dresses, jewelry, furniture, rare pieces, and Palestinian household items, as well as the art of embroidery.
To employ women from villages and refugee camps throughout the West Bank. Some of these camps are Dehesha, 'Azza and Aida. For many women this is the sole income for their families especially since men are not able to work due to curfews, lack of jobs and work restrictions.
To produce embroidery items that will be available for purchase.
To assist in the documentation and preservation of Palestinian cultural heritage and history, by establishing a professional permanent exhibition in Bethlehem.
To Organize and conduct presentations and live shows on the history and meaning of Palestinian costumes
To promote Palestinian culture to young Palestinians as well as to tourists and visitors, arriving from around the world to the city of Bethlehem.
To exhibit authentically designed pieces along with the imitated items which are based on traditional designs.
To revive the beauty of Palestinian traditional embroidery
